About
OVERVIEW
This workshop invites a spirit of reflection, courage, and care. We’ll read work by poets whose definitions of home stretch across bloodlines, landscapes, and memory. No prior familiarity with the authors is required; all excerpts will be provided. Come ready to listen closely, write honestly, and honor the many ways “home” lives in each of us.
MATERIALS
- A willingness to write, learn & share!!
INSTRUCTOR(S)
Kim Addonizio has authored a dozen books of poetry and prose, most recently the poetry collection Exit Opera (W.W. Norton). Her collection Tell Me was a National Book Award finalist. Her honors include NEA and Guggenheim Fellowships, and her work has been widely translated and anthologized.
